Malawi's Plant clinic data

The data represents a query (pest or disease problem) presented at a plant clinics in Malawi. Data collected comprises: farmer demographics (name, sex, age, location) and contact, crop name, acreage, variety, description of pest problem/symptoms, diagnosis and advice given to deal with the problem. The information is updated daily and so partners can access up to date information on pest alerts in order to disseminate information in a timely manner.

Aid in pest surveillance, identify farmers' needs, shape priorities for research, managing and monitoring plant clinic implementation

If MADiPHS does find the data useful for its work, and access is granted, time should be committed to i) Anonymising the data ii) Cleaning/harmonising the data e.g crop names, variety names etc iii)Validating the data e.g have the diagnoses been accurately made?
